In order to maintain your shopping convemienec and security during the COVID-19 pandemic we would like to inform you of some chnages we have made:

WHOPPING 👜 is our WhatsApp shopping service - simply set up an appointment with us and we'll conduct a personal video shopping session with you through our collection.  We can walk you through various styles, separates, explain sizing and then create an order for dispatch at the end - we have a curated range of comfort and easy wear options available during this time.  Please send a contact form request to make an appointment.

Our showroom is closed to the Public now and stockroom is run by just 1 individuals who are abiding by self isolation and strict social distancing measures.  Anyone in contact with our showroom or clothing has undergone temp check and sanitisation, and we clean all surfaces with Alcohol between any interactions with couriers, our own visits etc, as well as quarantining any new stock or returns for 48 hours before they are released.

Our returns policy has been extended to 21 days from dispatch date during this period for all non-sale items.

No responsibility can be taken for items not insured under courier selection in the cart checkout.

We have also introduced FREE shipping within Singapore (enter FREESG) and FREE International shipping for purchases over $500 (enter SHIPTOME). 

PLUS with any online purchase over $600 we are offering an automatic discount of 15%.

SHIPPING

Singapore & Worldwide:

We offer discount rate delivery island-wide in Singapore and worldwide through a courier aggregator who offers you the choice of courier carrier, timeframe and price at the time of checkout.  This ensures you, our customer, always receives your purchase in the time frame and budget that best matches your needs.

Deliveries take between 1 – 7 working days dependent upon country and carrier.  This is usually updated automatically to you by email.

Please be aware that any orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes and duties by the recipient company. This will be calculated for you at Checkout but please note that the customer is liable for these charges.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you will be delighted with your online purchase but in the event you would like to return an item please find below our returns policy.

• You have 14 days from the dispatched date to return an unsuitable full priced item.

  • Any discounted or sale item is non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  Item is accepted as is.

• All Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all KonaCoco tags attached in order to be refunded.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the items and the money will be credited back to your initial method of payment within 3-5 working days after the refund has been processed.

• At this time we don't offer exchanges, however if you wish to exchange an item you can first return the item and then reorder.

• All items must be returned at the customers expense and proof of purchase must be obtained incase the parcel gets lost in the post.

• If items are returned to us outside of the return policy we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

STORE PURCHASES & EXCHANGES

• You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an unsuitable item.  If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer you a full refund or credit for further purchases.  If the item is unsuitable for any other reason KonaCoco holds the right to decide whether a refund or exchange may be issued.

• All Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and have all KonaCoco tags attached in order to be refunded.

• KonaCoco reserves the right to refuse all exchanges on sale items and does not refund on any sale or discounted item, the item is taken as is.

• In store we offer an exchange or can refund your original method of payment.
